Bobby Ochoa

Bobby serves as Staff Counsel at the California Earthquake Authority and previously worked in private practice as a civil and appellate litigator. He also served as Assistant General Counsel with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs. Bobby brings extensive legal, public-sector, and risk-management experience to his service on the Finance Committee and Board.
