Joy Murphy is the Director of Marketing and Communications. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing along with a minor in Public Relations from the State University of New York, Geneseo. Joy worked in the banking industry for more than a decade in various capacities including Regional Training Manager writing, designing and facilitating employee development programs. She has also worked as a Business Manager of a premier online retailer managing sales, marketing and the company website. Joy joined VMS in 2015 and currently manages our school website, databases and social media platforms. In addition, she publishes both staff and parent communications throughout the year including the weekly Wednesday News and works closely with the Admissions and Development team in implementing VMS marketing initiatives.
